How migrants in the midst of physical displacement, navigate the balance between the institutional memories of their native culture and the societal structures of the new country.

I created a game board with multiple sets of rules, and used translucent paper to divide it into areas with explicit rules and areas with hidden rules. Due to differences in individual memory, the number of rules each person discovers will vary, and the way the game is played will change accordingly.
